+ How long is each gathering?

Each Light House session is thoughtfully designed to last 60 minutes. We begin promptly and make every effort to conclude on time, recognizing that women join us from across the country—and often around the world—balancing full schedules and different time zones.

We believe one hour, when spent with intention, is enough to foster meaningful conversation, fresh perspectives, and genuine connection. Out of respect for every participant's time, we ask that everyone arrive on time and help us honor the experience for the entire group.

+ How big is each session?

Each Light House experience is intentionally designed with group size in mind. Depending on the topic, gatherings typically range from 10 to 20 participants to encourage thoughtful conversation, meaningful connection, and active participation.

By keeping our groups intentionally intimate, every woman has the opportunity to contribute, ask questions, and engage in conversations that are as enriching as they are memorable.

+ Do you offer a complimentary first experience?

We do. Every new guest is invited to attend one complimentary virtual conversation and experience the warmth, connection, and thoughtful dialogue that define Light House.

Retreats and select special events are not included.

+ What if my plans change?

We understand that life happens. If you're unable to attend, simply let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, and we'll gladly apply your registration as a credit toward a future Light House experience.

Because our conversations are intentionally intimate and space is limited, cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a credit.

+ Do I need to commit to a membership or contract?

Light House is intentionally flexible and designed to fit into your life, not the other way around. Join the conversations and experiences that resonate with you, whenever they do—without memberships or long-term commitments.

+ What can I expect from the Light House experience?

Every Light House conversation is built on a foundation of trust, respect, and confidentiality. We encourage thoughtful participation and invite every woman to contribute in whatever way feels authentic to her.

To preserve the integrity of each experience, we ask that participants arrive on time, remain present for the full session, and honor the privacy of what is shared within the group. Because our conversations are designed to foster genuine connection—not networking—we also ask that business promotion and solicitation be reserved unless it's part of the experience itself.

Yes. Any credits purchased for Light House experiences are valid for one year from the original date of purchase.
