A Women’s Wellness Retreat in Sedona Designed for Real Conversations
At the heart of the Light House retreat experience is the belief that honest conversation and authentic community are essential to personal growth.
Programming will be led by Corey Spiegel, founder of Light House and one of the most sought-after moderators in women’s wellness.
Spiegel is known for leading candid, thoughtful conversations that allow women to speak openly about life’s transitions while gaining perspective and support from one another.
Through Light House, Spiegel has created a global community of accomplished and trusted women who offer insight across the many stages of women’s lives—from career and family to health, identity, and personal evolution.
Her moderated conversations are known for being transparent, grounded, and deeply meaningful. Participants leave feeling seen, supported, and more connected to themselves and their communities.
Before founding Light House, Spiegel spent more than two decades as a senior executive working with some of the world’s most recognizable media brands, including Warner Bros., The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Extra, and Playboy, where she developed strategic partnerships and campaigns with leading global companies.
Today, Light House curates intimate retreats and gatherings where women come together for shared wisdom, genuine connection, and meaningful dialogue.
The organization has been featured in notable media outlets including The Wall Street Journal and The Miami Herald, and Spiegel was recently named one of the Top 50 Female Leaders in Los Angeles.
Why Sedona Is the Perfect Setting for a Women’s Retreat
Sedona, Arizona is more than a destination, it is an active participant in the retreat experience.
Surrounded by the region’s iconic red rock formations and the quiet flow of Oak Creek, L’Auberge de Sedona offers one of the most peaceful and restorative settings for wellness retreats in Arizona.
Sedona offers a rare combination of quiet intimacy and expansive natural beauty, making it one of the few places where reflection and forward movement can exist simultaneously.
For those navigating seasons of change, Sedona provides both grounding and perspective.
Unlike high-energy wellness destinations that emphasize constant activity, Sedona invites stillness, embodiment, and authenticity. The landscape encourages guests to slow down, reconnect with intuition, and approach what comes next with clarity and confidence.
There is no expectation to arrive as a certain version of yourself—only an invitation to be present with what is true. Sedona doesn’t demand transformation. It simply makes space for it.
